Servicing, repairs and installations

Plumbing and heating services for landlords and estate agents

Our plumbing and heating services for landlords and estate agents can help you meet your obligations and respond quickly if there are problems in your rental property.

Your tenants are entitled to good living conditions, including hot water and heating, so it’s important to repair faults quickly and to be sure you are meeting all the requirements of the safety regulations.

What’s more, tenants will be reassured that your property will continue to provide them with a safe and comfortable home.

Professional reassurance

We will assess your property and highlight anything that needs to be repaired to prevent small problems becoming more serious faults.

We can check gas burning appliances in your property annually to meet your legal requirements.

Landlord Gas Safety Certificates

You will need a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate each year to confirm that your gas burning appliances have been properly serviced and checked for safety. We will provide you with a Certificate that includes:
The address of the property that has been checked
A description and location for each appliance checked
Our name, Gas Safe registration number and signature
The date of the check
Your name and address as the landlord
Any problems and how they can be addressed
The results of safety checks for each appliance.
Even if an agent looks after a property on a day-to-day basis, it’s still a good idea for landlords to check the certificate to be confident that everything has been done properly.

Service contracts for peace of mind

We are happy to provide this service on a year-by-year basis, but you might also want to consider a service contract to make sure the work is reliably completed every year. We will remind you when your next check is due, so you won’t have to worry about it.
