We had been advised that they would all need replacing but Harry came in and managed to re-balance they system and got every radiator working again."

"A couple of weeks ago my Mum had a problem with her heating and I asked Harry to come and analyse what was wrong. He came to visit the house quickly, he investigated the problem and then arranged a quote to fit the part that would have provided the solution to the issue.
He then came back to fit and skilfully complete the work this week. I went over as well as mum also wanted to know when the heating came on and went off when requested. He explained this terrifically well and I think (hope) my Mum has understood all but at least I was there to hear the explanation.

"Earlier this week my heating unexpectedly stopped working so I contacted Harry and he was really helpful by dropping off a couple of electric heaters later that day, even though he couldn’t fit in an appointment straight away.
A couple of days later he arrived promptly and checked the boiler. It turns out the remote thermostat was on the blink and he was able to replace it there and then meaning my home is now nice and warm again!
