Warmcare is designed to give you peace of mind that your heating and plumbing is already taken care of, with no surprise bills or missed services. 
 
At the start of your Warmcare plan, we'll inspect your boiler, radiators and all the other parts of your system, so we have a clear view of its overall condition. 
 
We'll then be familiar with your system, holding records about your boiler and any repairs and maintenance we have carried out.  
 
We will also remind you when your regular service is due, making your boiler maintenance hassle-free.

Four packages of Warmcare service for you 

You have the choice of four Warmcare service packages for homeowners and rental properties. 
 
Alternatively, we can discuss a contract tailored to your needs. 

BOILER PLUS 

Annual service or landlord gas safety check for boilers currently under warranty including controls such as your thermostat and gas pipework. 

BRONZE 

Your Boiler Plus service and also repair parts and labour outside of Boiler Plus. 

SILVER 

All the benefits of your Bronze package plus boiler control, and heating pipework. 

GOLD 

In addition to the cover of the Silver package, radiators and plumbing including taps, toilet flow valves, hot and cold pipework are covered.
